Comments: I was a regular customer of the auction sales at Cotefield Farm from April 2004 until they ceased in September 2007. I found that the facilities at the Farm were excellent, especially for vehicular access to load and unload goods for sale/purchase. The sale rooms were good for my business and I regret that they no long take place there. In the winter months I used to take the opportunity of being at the sale rooms on Saturdays to also watch Banbury Rugby Club matches across the road. I would also patronise Sainsburys at Bodicote and the village stores in Adderbury on the way home. I work in Oxfordshire and am familiar with the delightful countryside around Cotefield Farm. In my opinion Joe Smith's auctions made a significant and positive contribution to the culture, the community and the commercial reputation of North Oxfordshire. I strongly urge officers and members of Cherwell District Council to support this application. PublicAccess for Planning. (c) CAPS Solutions Ltd.
