Comments: JS Auctions provide a useful community service as they process a lot of low value items amongst the antiques. They need an out of town centre from which to operate as a significant number of their lots are bulk items eg large furniture or sets of chairs or boxes of china/textiles etc. Cotefield provides ample off road parking, the traffic arrives and leaves at different times so I have not been aware of any problems entering or exiting the site during the time they were operating from there.
