Apart from encroaching on green space that you said you wouldn't, the road and health services infrastructure just won't support this number of cars and residents. Construction vehicles for now there recent developments have been thundering up and down Howes lane, churning up the road, bouncing people out of bed and stopping them using their gardens due to vehicle emissions and unbearable road noise. The same will be true of construction vehicles for this development. Until the Howes Lane realignment and a drastic improvement in the traffic flows in and around Bicester, we don't need an additional 7k cars on our roads. Furthermore, where will the residents get their health needs met - because we understand all Bicester surgeries are currently full - and building more won't work as their aren't any doctors to run them?!
