Dear Jenny Barker    ,

Thank you for your consultation. I have no comments to make on this aspect. We sent our previous comments to you on the outline application on 26 November. We stressed the importance of the canal for access to Lower Heyford station and requested that the towpath improvement should be included in the draft Heads of Terms proposed by the applicant’s solicitors Eversheds. We are currently working on the estimates involved and at an appropriate stage, we would be pleased to discuss this further with you.
