Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in reference to your notification letter of 23/11/09. With regards to the planning application for the new roundabout at Howes Lane, Bicester.

I live at 88 Isis Avenue. My property backs on to Howes Lane. There are a few points we are very concerned about, and request you consider:

Extra traffic passing through Howes Lane due to the changes. People would opt to take this route to avoid Bicester Village congestion. Resulting in an increase in traffic, therefore an increase in noise and air pollution on our property.
The extra lighting proposed, would shine through to our garden and in through our bedroom window.

We are also concerned at the effect this will have on the value of our property.
