I wish to record my objection to this proposal.  

The owner of the Bishops Blaize public house has allowed it to fall into disrepair and is now claiming that it is no longer habitable.  This is being disingenuous, because he is proposing that it now be used as a dwelling, so it must be capable of being rendered habitable with appropriate expenditure.

This is yet another attempt to deprive the community of an important local amenity which I believe to have been deliberately run down.
