(b) Research and Development - Laboratories, Studios
(c) Light industry.                                                                       In light of this, I would like an assurance (1) that levels of noise will not increase;  (2) that there will be close regulation of substances emitted into the air; (3) that the public footpath will not be interfered with; and (4) that there will no requirement to reduce the traffic calming measures into the village.
