Comments: 
Wendlebury Public Footpath 6 runs along the drive that forms the access to the premises.  The change in use to B1 industrial is likely to mean an increase in vehicular movements over this access.  However, the access is wide and I do not therefore think that this increase in traffic will have a significant impact on the public footpath.  It may however be helpful if signs were provided to warn drivers that there are likely to be pedestrians using the route.
