Comments: I strongly object on the basis that the proposed road would be through the middle of Green Belt land contrary to the Cherwell Local plan 20011 and as such permission should be refused. It is unfortunate that the applicant, who already has permission for this road on an alternative route since 2005,has not chosen to discuss or reveal the real reasons for not progressing with this original route. The so-called consultation with the local parish would appear to be a sham and has led to a deep distrust of the University's motives. This application must be refused. PublicAccess for Planning.
