Comments: Can I please have answers to the following questions; 1 I understand planning approval was granted for option 3 from the design and access statement, why is The University of Oxford not building the access road in accordance with this option? 2 I understand that there complete resticutions on building on green belt land, why is this application even been considered. 3 Has the noise and air polution been considered, bearing in mind the close proximity the road has to a considerable number of houses/dwellings. Note this would not been the case if option 3 was used. 4 The area being considered in this application is arable farm land with a lot of natural wild life, the building of this road will no doubt have considerable detrimental effect on this. 5 I am of the very strong opinion that this application should be refused, there is no logical reason why option 3 should not be used, which has very little effect on neighbours and other environmental issues.
