May I ask why has no EIA been called for with this application? The route is green belt,close to houses,occupied by wildlife (including deer).
The issues of noise,traffic fumes,loss of wildlife habitat require due consideration. If a decision not to require an EIA has been made could I have sight of the justification for this please.  Thank you.
